1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the jz011 online gaming platform, accessible at jz011.app, including all sub-pages, features, games, sports betting markets, promotions, and any other services offered by jz011 (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms should be read in conjunction with jz011's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between the Player and jz011.

jz011 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via a notice displayed upon login or by email to the registered account address. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between any translated version (if any is made available) and the English version, the English version shall prevail in all respects. All communications between the Player and jz011 — including support interactions, dispute notices, and account correspondence — shall be conducted in English.

1.1 Definitions

• "Account" means the individual player account created by a person upon completing jz011's registration process.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's account, excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or free spin credits awarded to a Player under a jz011 promotion that are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money.
• "Platform" means the jz011 website, mobile browser experience, Android APK application, and any other interface through which jz011 services are delivered.
• "Wager" means any real-money bet or stake placed on a game, sports market, or other outcome offered on the jz011 Platform.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the exclusive transaction currency of the jz011 Platform.

1.2 Governing Language and Jurisdiction

The jz011 Platform is operated in the English language and is directed at players located in Bangladesh. By using jz011, you acknowledge that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is your sole responsibility to verify as lawful, and that jz011 does not accept liability for any breach of local laws resulting from your use of the Platform. jz011 does not claim approval from any specific Bangladeshi government regulatory body and makes no representation as to the legal status of online gambling in any specific locality. Players are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with applicable local laws.

2 Eligibility & Registration

Access to jz011 and the creation of an account is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform.

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and play on jz011. 18+ This is a strict and non-negotiable requirement. jz011 employs age verification processes and reserves the right to request identity documents from any Player at any time to confirm compliance. Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any funds held in the account returned to the payment source used for deposit where technically feasible.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To create a jz011 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address and/or mobile phone number. You must not impersonate any other person or entity, or use a false identity. jz011 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all registration information and to suspend or close accounts where inaccurate or false information has been provided.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one account on jz011. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or across household members — is strictly prohibited. jz011's systems actively monitor for duplicate account activity. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jz011 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets placed across those accounts, and forfeit any bonuses or pending withdrawals without prior notice.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

jz011 is designed for players in Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law do so entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility. jz011 reserves the right to refuse registration or close existing accounts where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a Player is located in a restricted jurisdiction.

3 Account Obligations

By maintaining an account on jz011, you accept the following ongoing obligations. Breach of any of these obligations may result in account suspension, termination, or forfeiture of funds depending on the severity of the breach.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jz011 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. jz011 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), which is available free of charge from the account security settings page. Any activity conducted under your account credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you unless you have previously notified jz011 of unauthorised access.

You must notify jz011's support team immediately via live chat if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. jz011 will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure the account but cannot be held liable for losses incurred prior to notification of a security breach.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must keep all account information accurate and up to date at all times. This includes your contact email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. Changes to account information must be submitted to jz011's support team and may require supporting documentation. jz011 is not responsible for failed communications, missed notifications, or delayed withdrawals resulting from outdated contact information held on your account.

3.3 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jz011 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical glitches for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable technical error will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the jz011 Platform.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or that has been obtained through fraudulent means.
• Abusing jz011's bonus system through coordinated multi-account bonus claiming, bonus arbitrage, or any strategy designed to extract value from promotions without genuine recreational play.
• Making threats, using abusive language, or harassing jz011 staff or other players via any communication channel.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jz011 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). jz011 does not apply conversion fees on BDT transactions made through supported payment methods. Processing times and minimum amounts are specified below and are subject to change with reasonable prior notice.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on jz011 is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to the jz011 account balance within seconds of confirmation by the mobile banking provider. Bank transfer deposits via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank may take up to 30 minutes during standard banking hours. Deposits are not subject to any jz011 processing fee, though your mobile banking provider's own transaction fees (if any) remain your responsibility.

jz011 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on deposits that it deems to be of an unusual size or frequency relative to a Player's established account history. In such cases, additional verification documentation may be requested before the deposited funds are released for play.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit on the same account, or to a method verified as belonging to the registered account holder. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Verified accounts (KYC complete) typically receive withdrawals within 30 minutes for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours during standard banking hours.

jz011 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure and is not an indication of any wrongdoing on the part of the Player. Withdrawal requests that cannot be processed due to incomplete verification will remain pending until the required documentation has been submitted and approved.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

jz011 complies with applicable anti-money laundering principles. All Players are subject to transaction monitoring. jz011 reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. Players must not use the jz011 Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime. Where such activity is suspected, accounts will be frozen immediately and all available information may be disclosed to relevant authorities.

5 Bonus & Promotions Terms

jz011 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and returning players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms published at the point of each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between specific offer terms and these general bonus terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for the jz011 Welcome Bonus of up to ৳20,000. The Welcome Bonus is subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The minimum deposit required to trigger the Welcome Bonus, the applicable wagering multiple, the eligible games and their contribution rates, and the time limit for meeting the wagering requirement will all be stated in the current Welcome Bonus offer terms at the time of the Player's registration.

5.2 General Bonus Conditions

• One bonus per player: Each Player is eligible for a specific promotion once only unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times via multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before withdrawal. The wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount and/or any winnings derived from bonus funds, as stated in each offer's specific terms.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager; live casino games, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate or not at all, as specified in each offer's terms.
• Minimum odds: For sports betting bonuses, a minimum odds requirement per selection may apply. Bets placed at odds below the minimum threshold will not count toward bonus wagering requirements.

Each seasonal promotion will have its own specific terms published at the time of the offer. jz011 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or extend any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect bonuses already credited to Player accounts.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, and other wagering activities on jz011 are subject to the following general rules. Specific game rules for individual game titles and sports markets are available within each game's help section on the Platform.

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on jz011 are final once confirmed. Pre-match bets that have been confirmed cannot be cancelled or amended after the fact. In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the Platform's real-time acceptance protocols, which may result in a bet being refused or offered at revised odds if market conditions change between the time of placement and the time of acceptance. In all cases, the odds displayed at the time of confirmed acceptance are the odds at which the bet is settled.

In the event that a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum period required for the bet to be settled (as defined in sport-specific rules), jz011 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the Player's account. For multi-leg accumulator bets, each leg is treated individually according to the above rules.

6.2 Casino and Live Casino Games

8 Account Closure & Termination

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your jz011 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by using the self-exclusion tool in your account settings. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days. Accounts closed for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) are subject to the minimum 12-month re-registration restriction described in Section 7.

8.2 Termination by jz011

jz011 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached any of these Terms & Conditions, has engaged in fraudulent or criminal activity, has provided false registration information, or where account termination is required to comply with applicable law or regulation. Where an account is terminated due to a proven breach of these Terms by the Player, jz011 reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account pending investigation and, where fraud is confirmed, to forfeit that balance in full.

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an account for any reason, all pending bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds (where wagering requirements have not been met) will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the Player except where forfeiture is warranted under Section 8.2. All rights granted to the Player under these Terms will cease immediately upon account closure or termination.

8.4 Dispute Resolution
